Craig and Brian live with their mum and dad and have a half brother from their dad's previous relationship. The MacDonald Brothers have been seriously singing together for 3 years at weddings, clubs and occasionally doing backing vocals. Craig and Brian have been singing and playing the accordion and the fiddle together ever since they were children. The duo first realised that singing was their dream after performing at a school talent contest in a band called 'Cobra' which was a Queen tribute band. One of their biggest performances as The MacDonald Brothers was in front of Hugh Grant at the Ceilidh Dance. |

I was very disapointed that you guys weren't singing at the westlife concert in Belfast on the 13th of April we saw you at you at the x factor tour you guys are fab my dream is for you to play a song for my birthday witch is on wednesday the 25th of April and i am going to be 13 this year. My nanny and my mum were very disappointed that you guys weren't there and we all love your songs very much and we are going to get your cd because we love you so much.

I work in a large primary school in Dumfries and met the MacDonald Brothers at Jumpin Jaks on Friday, 30th March with two of my colleagues. The children at school were really impressed and wondered if we could get signed photographs of the lads. They are extremely nice lads and would be welcome to visit Lochside Primary School in Dumfries any time they are in the area. They are a huge hit here!

I was lucky enough to meet the MacDonald Bros when they went on tour with the XFactor and not only did they give the best performance at the concert, but they are also the most lovely genuine people to talk to and are really sweet!

after a great show on x factor tour in belfast was sooooo looking forward to seeing the boys supporting westlife but was there on Fri 13 - maybe unlucky for some cos they weren't there. me and my 13 year old daughter were equally disapointed.

Didn't make it to HMV Glasgow after all. I was gutted. I think your album is absoloutely fab. I hope you guys will be embarking on a solo tour really soon. My sisters went to see Westtlife at SECC and reported back that you got just a big a cheer as they did. Congratulations boys, you did it. I bet Simon Cowell is sick as a dog right now.
