Craig and Brian live with their mum and dad and have a half brother from their dad's previous relationship. The MacDonald Brothers have been seriously singing together for 3 years at weddings, clubs and occasionally doing backing vocals. Craig and Brian have been singing and playing the accordion and the fiddle together ever since they were children. The duo first realised that singing was their dream after performing at a school talent contest in a band called 'Cobra' which was a Queen tribute band. One of their biggest performances as The MacDonald Brothers was in front of Hugh Grant at the Ceilidh Dance. |

Couldnt get tickets for the show in Caol Community Centre and was gutted, but got them for Culloden in Inverness and thought you were absolutely fantastic. Voted for you every week in the x factor. I went to see the MacDonald bros concert in stirling at the albert hall and i was on the balcony screaming the songs that i knew and i had a sore throught the next day and they were amazing i love em both. I would love for them to play at ma 18th b-day party in 2yrs time so Craig and Brian if you wanna play at ma 18th contact me plz x. Great show last night, great variety. Loved the song Please Stay that you sang, it brought back many happy memories(now I'm givin my age away). Your Mum and Dad should be very proud of you guys. There was no showing off or ott behaviour just great songs and music. A great example to all the youngsters out there, keep it up boys and all the best for the future. Just one thing could Brian sing some more? you were super when you were dueting?

OMG the concert at Glasgow secc was amazing when they came on the whole place was rocking! i was speechless and everyone was stamping their feet. I lost my voice because i was screaming. Westlife were brilliant but macdonald bros you are the best! well worth the journey! your beside the cominweith pool tomorrow omg! you are amazing!
